Cushe ambassador and North Devon girl Sophie Hellyer has not only got a shoe named after her in the brand’s new SS13 collection, but she also won the Student Surf contest last weekend in Croyde!
The Cushe Slipper is the newest member of the Manuka family – Manuka being Cushe’s trademark honeycomb outsole design. Based around a deconstructed casual beach styled shoe, the Cushe Slipper is the most Cushe shoe the brand has ever created. It’s easy, fun, comfortable, relaxed, versatile, and laid back. A true Cushe ambassador, Sophie continues to juggle a busy social life with the final year of her Event Management university degree and surfing as much as she can – to top it off, she has just surfed to victory at the annual Student Surf Tour in Croyde, Devon, beating competition from students across the South West in tricky conditions. Sophie hopes to compete again in the English Nationals once her exams are over – a truly Cushe way of life!
