Dripback, an exciting new project featuring members of various underground metal bands, have been confirmed for this summer’s Download festival at Donington park.
Hot off their tour with New Orleans sludge-grind monsters Soilent Green, the London based five piece make their debut festival appearance on Downloads’s Red Bull Bedroom Jam Stage at around 11.45am on the Saturday.
G Drax, who performed with his other band Ted Maul at the 2008 event said:
“Can’t wait to play Download again, the first time was best day of my life! Looking forward to makin some noise with the Dripback brothers!”
The appearance comes just days after the release of their debut EP “Inhaling The Ashes”, which is released via Siege Of Amida Records worldwide on June 6th 2011.
