The O’Neill Wakeboard Team departed the royal environs of Episode 1 and arrived in Berlin, where a sharply contrasting program awaited the crew. “Do It Yourself” was the theme set forth by the Book of Challenges, and the 6 wakeboarders holed up in the workshop to—what else?—build wakeboards. In teams of two and armed with just €40, they’d already stocked up on the (absolute) necessities at the hardware store. Then it was time to drill, saw, file and laminate before taking the boards out for their first test runs on the Spree River.
