This years NASS looks set to be a slamming festival. The UK’s premier action sports and music festival will host the UK’s first ever Skateboarding World Cup, some of the biggest names from the sport will be representing, homegrown boys and top skaters from around the world. A bespoke street course has been designed especially for this event.
On top of that, NASS will feature the Relentless Goliath Open Skate Competition and UK Open Street Skate Comp. BMX riders will also be competing on in the NASS BMX Street Competition including competing on an 8m high and 55m long jump – the Relentless Goliath, Europe’s largest ever ramp. The British Dirt Championships will also be running.
Mark Webb, the World BMX Rider No. 4, from the UK said: “Relentless NASS is the UK’s best action sport and music festival. It is time to show who is number one in the UK and for the Brits to show the internationals riders what we are made of. Bring it on, we are ready to show you a lesson!”
As well as skate and BMX, there’s going to be some sick mountain biking in the Animal Mountain Bike Tour and the King of Dirt events.
The Music is also set to be awesome this year with the well established pop-punk band, Bowling for Soup playing, having just finished their 10th studio album, Sorry for Partyin’ playing, as well as Chase and Status Headlining the festival.
